SandRidge Santa Run

On Saturday, December 14, 2019 guests will be prancing in the streets of downtown Oklahoma City in the 2019 SandRidge Santa Run. As part of Downtown in December, the SandRidge Santa Run includes a 5K race and a one-mile Fun Run.

In-person registration opens December 14 at 7:30am at SandRidge Energy.

All runs begin and end at SandRidge Energy (123 Robert S. Kerr Ave.)

Saturday, December 14, 2019
9:00 a.m. – 1 Mile Fun Run
9:30 a.m. – 5K Race

Runners: Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each 5K age group.
Cash prizes awarded to the top three overall finishers.

Costume Contest:
All registered 5K and 1-mile runners can participate in the costume contest following the races. The 1st place costume contest winner will receive $150, 2nd place will receive $100, and 3rd place will receive $50 cash!

5k Run:
$35. Participants may also sign up at SandRidge Energy beginning at 7:30 a.m. on race day.

1-Mile Fun Run:

Early Packet Pick-up:
Pick up packets early at Red Coyote Running and Fitness (5720 N. Classen Blvd) on Thursday, December 12th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Packet Pick-up:
Pick up your packets beginning at 7:30 a.m. on race day, December 14, at SandRidge Energy (123 Robert S. Kerr Ave).

Event Day Schedule:
ALL DAY – Free Photo Booth, Reindeer Face Painting, Coloring Station, Snacks
7:30 – Check-in/Registration opens
8:45 – Registration closes
9:00 – 1-Mile Fun Run begins
9:30 – 5K Race beginS
10:00 – Race results
10:30 – Costume contest

  • The SandRidge Santa Run is non-refundable.
  • Children in strollers will not be charged.
  • Any person of any age walking or running in the 5K or 1-Mile Fun Run must register to participate.
  • Registration includes timed bib (5K only) and SandRidge Santa Run t-shirt.

Proceeds from this year’s race will go directly to Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership. Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership, Downtown OKC Initiatives, and the Business Improvement District collectively provide services to the downtown area that include marketing, promotion, public art, street cleaning, landscaping, decor and lighting.
