Downtown in December is a busy and exciting time, so we hope to be a direct resource for all the information you may need to navigate the special events and attractions taking place throughout the holiday season.   • Downtown in December presented by Devon is an annual collection of holiday events and attractions that take place in downtown Oklahoma City November through January. The event series was created by Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership as a way to provide a central location for the numerous community events produced by various nonprofits and businesses downtown that are available for residents and visitors to enjoy throughout the holiday season.

  • There is a lot happening in and around downtown during the holidays! You can view the current list on our Events & Attractions page. Each season’s event list will be updated around the end of September.

The Devon Ice Rink is managed and maintained by the Myriad Botanical Gardens and promoted through Downtown in December. For questions, contact the ice rink at (405) 708-6499.

  • Admission

    • $14 per person, includes skate rentals
    • $9 per person if you bring your own skates
    • $9 per person for military
    • Gardens Members skate for $10 includes skate rental
    • Group Rate (10 or more guests) is $10 includes skates. Advanced reservation required for groups.

Snow Tubing at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark will not return for the 2025–2026 season and is indefinitely on pause. For any future inquiries about snow tubing or related programming, please contact the OKC Comets directly at (405) 218-1000.

Downtown OKC is full of beautiful light displays to enjoy all season long! Explore each district and experience the different light installations and decorations with your family and friends.

  • Whether you are just visiting for an hour or will be spending your day downtown, there are parking options for you! COPTA manages several parking garages and surface lots in the downtown area that are open to the public in addition to on-street parking.
