The holiday season means packed schedules filled with friends and family. This November and December, treat yourself by visiting Oklahoma Contemporary for free art exhibitions, art-making, shopping or even hands-on, holiday-themed workshops. Need something to do with your loved ones? Bring them along and explore or make together! From the annual Artisan Market, featuring work from local artists, to an indoor snowball fight, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Lights On Broadway Extended Hours | Dec. 2, 9, & 16
Enjoy special extended hours during Lights On Broadway! Oklahoma Contemporary will be open until 7 p.m. Visit our galleries, stop by Café Contemporary and then stroll Automobile Alley to take in the lights and sights.

Artisan Market | Dec. 8-10
Buy hand-made gifts and help support Oklahoma Contemporary’s mission! The Artisan Market (formerly known as the Ceramics Sale) has become a tradition at our center, known for celebrating local talent and providing a platform for artists to showcase their work to a diverse and appreciative audience. Shop our collection of functional and funky items that turn any gift into a work of art. These unique gifts will delight anyone on your list, and you’ll be delighted that you’re helping the local artists and art programs at Oklahoma Contemporary thrive.

Second Saturday XL: Snow Globe | Dec. 9, 1-5pm
It’s GLOW time! Celebrate the winter weather with cool activities at December’s Second Saturday XL: Snow Glow. Bring the family for a FREE afternoon of art-making, winter fun and holiday memories, including an indoor snowball fight, glow-in-the-dark art-making, holiday card crafting and more! The first 75 kids will receive a free ticket to Café Contemporary’s hot chocolate bar.
