Oklahoma City

Tree Lighting Festival

November 12, 2026

5:30 – 7:30pm

2 S. Mickey Mantle Drive

Kick off the holiday season and Downtown in December at the 25th annual Oklahoma City Tree Lighting Festival presented by Global Payments! One of the season’s most anticipated events, the festival will take place in Bricktown on Thursday, November 12th, 2026, from 5:30-7:30pm on the Mickey Mantle Plaza of the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

The free festival will include family-friendly activities such as photos with Santa Claus sponsored by Inasmuch Foundation, face painting, live entertainment, and more. Bring your kiddos to the Letters to Santa station sponsored by Communication Federal Credit Union, where they can write their letters to Santa and send in our North Pole mailbox, as well as decorate downtown-themed holiday postcards to take home or mail. There will be plenty of food and drinks to enjoy, from free samples and bites from downtown favorites to Junction Coffee hot chocolate for purchase. The main attraction of the evening will be a showcase of diverse holiday performances leading up to and following the countdown to the lighting of the tree by Mayor David Holt.

The Bricktown Christmas Tree Powered by OG&E will be lit at 6:00pm and will be on display through New Year’s Day.

Parking for the event is available throughout the district. Find metered parking on the street (free after 6pm), or pay to park in any of the various lots located in Bricktown. Free parking is also available in the Compress lot located at 101 SE 2nd St (Next to U-Haul).

Attendees are also encouraged to park and ride the streetcar to Bricktown, getting off at the Mickey Mantle or Ballpark stops. Each parking receipt is valid for two people to ride for FREE for 24 hours from the time of parking. embarkok.com/streetcar/
